Imagine that? We're ripping on Jaws because he gave an opposing viewpoint.

As if we already won this game.

Some of you clowns need to calm down. We haven't won yet. You guys act like we're in the Super Bowl already.

He's giving his opinion. His stinks as much as your does.
????
Well, uh...Jaws bias is showing up big time now. You must not listen to him very often because he usually is a very good analyst except when it comes to the Eagles and the Cowboys.
For years he has been the one saying the Eages do not need to run the ball because of thier short passing game and thier draws and screens.
What happens when we beat the Eagles easily 2 weeks in a row????
Jaws is now saying that the Eagles did not beat us because thier offense is to one dimensional. What??? Instead of giving us credit he is now saying that the Eagles need to run the ball.
Jaws is contadicting himself and I do not have to ask myself why.
I have seen Jaws when he does Eagle vs Cowboys monday night games and I know how he does not give us credit.
He's doing it again.

I think there are legitimate things for this team to worry about this week.

I don't think Jaws mentioned any of them in a stupid ramble that seems to ignore what actually happened all season.

I think the Eagles made a mistake by blitzing so much.

And the week before they didn't blitz enough...

Just admit we were a far better team this year and that bad game planning wasn't the issue...

Two straight country arse-whippings and a third win at your place spell one team being SIGNIFICANTLY better than another...

Jaws is a good analyst when he doesn't put team loyalty in the mix...

"Monday Night Football" analyst Ron Jaworski breaks down the matchup between the Minnesota Vikings and Dallas Cowboys:

The game between the Dallas Cowboys and Minnesota Vikings is shaping up to be a nice matchup featuring two solid defenses trying to stop two top quarterbacks.

Looking at the past two games Dallas played, both against Philadelphia, I think the Eagles made a mistake by blitzing so much. They clearly defined where Tony Romo was going to go with the football. The minute the ball was snapped, he knew what to do. He was in total command of the offense. The Eagles should have put a little doubt in his mind by letting things develop downfield, forcing Romo to make a decision. The heavy blitzes make it easier, in a way. The ball is out quick. Not complicated.

It's well documented and reported that the Eagles blitzed very little in the game two weeks ago. In fact, the Eagles DC weathered much criticism prior to last week because of it.

The Vikings are a very good team, and predicting a Minnesota victory is far from outlandish. However, one needn't manufacture erroneous arguments to make his case.

Hey ron, I have an article too. Your egals were beaten at home in front of you and their trashy fans. Then they thought they would come into the Cowboy's house and bully somebody only to get blown out and shut out. With everything on the line they were forced to face the Dallas Cowboys again a week later. Obviously scared and nervous their fears became reality when the Cowboys destroyed them in front of a prime time audience sending them scurrying back to your scum city.

The End.

Um, this is a forum right? So yeah, we can criticize "JAWS" if we like.

...yeah, when he rambles on about the Eagles it just plays poorly here...the Eagles had no answer for Dallas this year...he'll trust a secondary with a gimpy Winfield to make Romo hold on to the ball...it might work for a while but without pressure something is going to give and give big...people picking the Vikings are doing so on the belief that Allen/Williams will blow up the o-line...arguable?...yes but a legitimate belief...

...getting little play is Favre's last performance versus Phillips defense and it was'nt for lack of a running game...Favre takes risks, always has, and somewhere tomorrow he's going to get cute with a shuffle pass or an inadvertent throw across the grain and a ball will go up that's less than perfectly thrown...the Dallas defense will need to do everything they can to come down with it...he'll throw it up like Warner did today...into double coverage with the belief that his man will come down with it...

...thing is, there's always someone that's going to pick a team to perform contrary to the consensus opinion...and really, all the smoke being blown the Cowboys way could work against them once they hit the field...Dilfer pretty much started all of this with his rather bold predictions...fact is, the defense could hold up and the offense could roll and Dallas could still lose the game...the remaining three opponents will be that tough to beat...

Jaws loves him some Brett Favre, ladies and gents. Let us not get all wrapped around the axle.

I respect Jaws, usually his analysis of tape is right on but he's reaching on this article. Everyone has to make a prediction so I guess he took more of an opposing view point. Flozell DOES kill our drives from time to time but he was a little overboard in his analysis there. If Flo has more than 2 penalties (crowd noise) Jaws may end up being right. I hope NOT!! Go Cowboys!!

It seems that most analysts are talking into account the last few years or earlier this season to make judgments against this team. Big mistake.

Flozell has given up 2 sacks in the past 8 games, now he's supposed to give up multiple sacks in one game?

This has probably been said already, but I want to repeat it: That's pretty weak analysis the way he worded Romo struggling with the crowd noise.

Damn, it's gonna be loud. Better luck next year, huh?

So Jaws thinks Romo struggles with crowd noise???

Does Jaws not realize that we play in front of 100,000 screamin fans every freaking week and it is as loud as a jet engine (even when we are on offense)???

Absurd, you could hear a pin drop in Cowboys Stadium, I'm told.
