Yeah. It's all on Cassells shoulders. Really dude? You just can't be serious.

I'm serious. You can't throw that pass. It was never there and his explanation is all you need to no. He's a bum. Can't even take accountability for an awful decision. Can't believe we gave up a fifth rounder for that scrub.

No, he was awful vs the Seahawks, I wanted Moore in after that. But for a back up, he did about as much as you can ask of him. One turnover by the D and we probably win this game.

Take away that pick six and we win this game.

TWO pick sixes that were back breakers. Two HORRIBLE decisions. Yet people still have the audacity to defend this scrub.

Now it's defend Cassel day?

No but it's interesting how we, as fans, always point the easiest finger.

299 yards, 3TDs, 1 INT. I don't care if your name is Tom Brady. 99% of NFL QBs will win games with those numbers.

Is the defense not culpable?
Is Garrett not culpable?
Is Linehan no culpable?
Is Twill no culpable?
Is Mo not culpable?
How about RoMac? Whatcha think?
Does #38 belong anywhere on an NFL field?
We could go on.

Who the hell said the defense wasn't culpable? They wet the bed in crunch time just like they did against New Orleans, but you CANNOT make that throw. That play was well defended and never had a chance of being completed. Just eat the ball or go somewhere else with the football. The simple plays like finding Witten on a hot route. Constantly missing wide open recievers. The guy just isn't good enough.

Cassell was the least of our worries last night. But I'm sure it's easy to zero in on someone and blast away. You tend to do it regularly. Have fun with that.

Have fun with defending a guy who has cost us two games with pick sixes. That's not forgivable to me. He deserves to be blasted. So does Jerry for trading for the bum.

Cassel actually gave us way more than I expected last night. He played a better game than Romo last time. The loss wasn't about him. It was about our defense. It was about lack of pressure. And it was about lack of turnovers, and inability to stop the run. They won the line of scrimmage on both sides last night. That usually dictates the Winner

The turnover battle usually dictates the Winner

Yeah u looking at stats and say yeah that's pretty good. But if you actually watch the game you knew he threw up a miracle and Dez help him with a 70 some yard rec.

Couldn't agree more. Cassel is a back up who played very well last night in my book. I'd take him over Bradford any day.
Our defensive line was handled pretty good by misfits. The defense just can't put it together for a full game when the offense does.

It was a TD miracle or not. Still points.

I'm no Cassel apologist by any means but the loss last night goes squarely on the defense. 27 points should have won that game.

The play was dumb. He wasn't open. That route is not a route you put air under it.

Cassel's delivery is slow-but his foot speed is pretty good. Also pass protection was mediocre last night, definitely not good to great. Smith was beaten 2-3 times around the edge and the pocket collapsed several times.

Wrong. It's a sideline route.

Who zips a sideline route when the receiver is vertical?

Back shoulder throw........maybe.

Line was fine. Cassell made they're day harder than it should've been.

Beaten 2-3 times out of 60...........horrible stats. Seriously dude.

All pockets collapse. You step up or out of it. Most QB's do this.....really. They do.

That's why he's a back up. But that did not cost us the game last night. Our defense really played a bad second half.

That type of pass play usually ends in misery most times than not. Too much risk vs reward, and I would rather they throw it down the middle if an INT is in the cards.

Oh, I agree. 100%

You can put that in the 'receiver screen pass' bucket for me. Worthless.

Is it too much to ask of a backup quarterback to not throw games away by throwing a couple of pick sixes in two out of three games?
