News: ESPN: NFLN survey/feared player: Cowboys Bryant

Dez Bryant is a bad mutha (shut your mouth)!

He's well liked in the locker room and the media. He even offered to work for free for Michael Jordan (i think it was Mike).

But, I remember posters that were ashamed of him for his "pants on the ground", for "b slapping his momma", and for "not paying for his bling", and for basically not letting the kid grow into the man that he is. They were embarrassed of him and wanted him gone.

And, you know who you are.

Bittersweet.

Bryant is a top notch receiver and I like to see him get respect where respect is due, but a receiver should not be the most feared player on the team.

Should be your pass rusher. Or DT. Or big nasty mauling guard. Or maybe even your unstoppable QB.

I think "feared" means impact the way they are using it. Dez is a player teams have to game-plan for. I don't think a big, nasty mauling guard would qualify ...

For instance, I think Tyron Smith would now be an OT most DEs would not like to face, but teams have little reason to be concerned about his impact on the game.
