The title says "Five Best Improvising QBs of All Time", does it not?

It does. It does not say the five best QBs of all time who were also good at improvising. Improvising is the main criteria. That is what Cunningham was very good at doing.

I think Troy Aikman is a better overall QB than Cunningham, but Troy was not good at improvising.

Is this list a ranking or just 5 guys they feel are deserving? I don't know if Cunningham is the best improviser, but he is definitly top 5 in my opinion.

Reguardless if the QB sucked or not, this is about a specific talent. The talent they are talking about is improvising, and who was the best at it. NOT who was the best QB in the world, but the best at this specific skill.

The was Aikman's biggest weakness, when he had no time to pass he just folded up and fell to the ground.

then explain the hits out of bounds when he scrambled for first downs and missed his "alarm clock" and took a sack. There is a reason he retired due to concussions

Well Staubach and Aikman traded individual accomplishments for the TEAM SB wins.

Aikman signature = Accuracy
Staubach signature = Elusive Come from behind her
