IRVING, Texas -- The Dallas Cowboys will not be allowed to have contact with Orlando Scandrick until Sept. 29, when the cornerback’s four-game suspension for violating the NFL’s performance-enhancing drug policy is over. Before the suspension started, the Cowboys gave Scandrick a workout plan. Scandrick said he would train twice a day with his personal trainer in Los Angeles during his suspension. “No different to what we’d do with players who are gone from after the offseason before training camp and from the end of the regular season before they come back, before the offseason program,” Cowboys coach Jason Garrett said.
