Romo wants a Bulger deal and the team wants to offer a Schaub deal.

I doubt either side blinks until the season is started.

There is no real pressure on either side.

Romo is going no where and he is unlikely to risk injury to the point it would affect his market value.

A Schaub deal is clearly a lowball offer -- Jerry just doesn't insult his players that way -- good businessmen don't throw out stupid lowball offers b/c they respect the people they are dealing with and know it is insulting.
