actually the wittnesses even stated the "meter maid" was in the wrong. Moss had the right of way and she would not move at all. she refused to move untill he did something for her or something to that extent. so those "hes a punk" thoughts are garbage

You mean, IF the Raiders don't put the tag on him?

Hmmmmmm....

It's always possible, that Jerry could offer Moss the same 3 year deal he gave to T.O. Especially, since I don't think Jerry will offer Glenn another contract.

JMO

Terry is still on the books for 3 more years I believe, that or 2

He ran into a traffic cop (meter maid) there is no right of way or excuse for running into a person with your car let alone a cop.

He could tell she was corrupt so he ran into her with his car? OK.... He is damn lucky they don't carry guns because she may have shot the idiot in self defense. The ideal of having a right of way as a good reason to run over a person does not fly.

Please don't act like he ran her down and left her laying there in a pool of blood. He nudged forward because she was being a and wasn't moving.

The fact that anyone would even complain about the "moon" is ridiculous.. HE PRETENDED TO DO IT. Some of you people are so brainwashed by the media that you believe a guy PRETENDING to moon someone is a horrible act.

Moss will only be 30 when this goes down.. and who knows if T.O. will even be here beyond this year? If we sign Moss we dont have to worry about drafting a WR, and we can focus all attention on O-Line and QB.

I did not say he ran her over and left her for dead but it does not change the fact you don't run into a cop or anyone else with your car. I don't care what the deal was.

Thank you for pointing out it was a "pretend" moon or "faux" moon.

Nevertheless, I still think it was disrespectful and tasteless. And I'm glad Joe Buck got on his case.

That being said, Moss would never work until Bill Parcells. Moss has admitted he doesn't always give 100 percent when he's not in the play.

Parcells would not brook that. And since I can already anticipate the TO/Moss comparisons, the one thing no one can say about TO is that he doesn't give his all on the field.

That is why Bill Parcells is willing to cut him some slack. TO likes to practice, and he practices HARD. And he shows up on game day.

Moss, from what I've heard, doesn't like to go hard in practice, during the game, and when his team is getting beat handily (such as the 41-0 drubbing the Giants gave the Vikings in the 2000 Championship Game) he just goes through the motions.

That stuff about Moss saying he doesn't always give 100% was a myth debunked years ago.

Myth? Randy Moss himself is the one who made the comments about not always giving 100%

Have you actually heared the whole story or just parts, because from eyewitness accounts the meter maid was the one being an *** and we all know how a badge can make people think they are more important than they are.

This isn't 1998. Can we go the simplier route and draft a top-notch wide receiver?

Naw, the draft's too risky. I say we trade for him right now - think Al would take our next two first-round draft picks for him?

So because a cop is being a jerk you have the right to take your car and bump them with it? Wow. I work around a lot of cops and I will freely admit some are complete arses but no you don't have a right to hit someone with your car even if they are a complete jerk.

From the things I read she was sitting on the hood and would not move if a person stands in front of your car does not move I say they are fair game and evidently she was in the wrong because no charges were filed against him.

Yes he was he was given probation and 40 hours of community service and minor weed possesion was tossed out. As well as a law suite filed.

Moss pleaded guilty to careless driving and obstructing traffic. Two other traffic charges and a petty misdemeanor count of possessing a small amount of marijuana were dismissed. He was fined $1,200 and ordered to perform 40 hours of community service.

As part of his plea agreement, Moss wrote a letter apologizing to his fellow players, motorists, and fans -- nearly everyone except the officer.

Moss' lawyer, Emilio Giuliani, declined to comment on the lawsuit.

"Her claims will be and should be handled through the court system,'' Giuliani said.

ESPN reports Moss has an option in his contract to become a free agent after this year..

TO + Moss?? hehe.. pipe dream..

Maybe time for Jerry to right the wrong of 1998 :starspin

I say geter done Jerah. ASAMBAF (As Soon As Moss Becomes A Free-Agent)

I would love to see Moss/Owens/Glenn/Crayton/Hurd/Green :starspin

That would put a even bigger smile on my face. I hope Jerry Jones bring T.O. to the press confrence.
