ESPN: Roy Williams Released

Galloway trade was worse we really needed those picks. The Roy trade was made somewhat softer when Austin emerged, we got very lucky

Get your popcorn ready!

TO is comin back.

That better be a joke. Won't happen, and anybody who wants that is delusional.

Yup. I credit Jerry for signing Galloway and Roy. There! You happy?

It was a joke. No way can any credit be given to coaches around here till now. It's actually amazing how that works.

You think they are preparing for a run at Nnamdi?

Yeah I do. I feel they really want to make this defense work. They were a year away in 2009 then basically quit on Wade in 2010 and was considered a failure. The front office knew they were just a year away from possibly becoming dominate. With Rob Ryan on board, they want to become dominate in Big D on defense and going after Nnamdi, who I would sign to a long term deal, is a huge step in getting their. He is in the middle of his prime and not slowing down.

You know Rob Ryan has been bending Garrett's, and Stephen's and Jerry's ears about signing Nnamdi.

We would have no money for Free, the DE,the 3rd WR, the FS, the SS if we sign Nnamdi,.

Yes it was a joke. But honestly I'd take him over Roy any day. He works his *** off every day, plays hard, and is always in great shape. Not a bad person off the field, just a popular person that brings publicity. I have absolutely no problem with TO and he played well for us.

I disagree. Galloway was back in Jerry's ego-maniac days. Roy Williams was supposed to be the reasonable and "educated" Jerry Jones. At least Dallas got Keyshawn for Galloway.

Still done by Jerruh. And those two #1's REALLY HURT. More than the money we paid Roy and the picks. Because they were top 10 picks as well.

So what about the 13 Pro bowlers the Cowboys sent to the Pro Bowl? Or the 6 guys that made the NFL Networks top 100 players? He missed on a trade. But all of the other undrafted rookies he's had be Pro Bowlers? Doesn't that count for something?

Dude, people can make the pro bowl all day. We've missed 2 of the last 3 playoffs, and we def. have not won a super bowl in some time if I recall correctly. Who cares if we have 55 pro bowl players then? It should be pretty clear that the vote for that game has some elements of popularity to it anyway.

Other GMs have been making the right moves to win Super Bowl titles with far less salary pay outs, while Jerry is producing pro bowlers who can't win NFL games.

Man, were you in the heat too long? That is about the only thing that can explain this post.

I am sorry to see Roy go. However, I would love to see Sidney Rice in Dallas.

The only way Nnamdi comes here is if he takes less to do so. You guys are dreaming if you think the Cowboys will be the highest bidder on him. The Cowboys would be better off spending money else where. Like replacing Davis and signing a safety.

Why do you hate TO?

I think your blinded by his bad publicity. The dude is an animal and one of the hardest workers on the field.

here comes Randy Moss...hahah

I hope we let these young guys compete and let the winner have it.

I like that rookie from ECU.

If the Cowboys win the Super Bowl, will Jerry send Roy a ring?
