Tyrod Taylor is one of their best players? I get resting guys like Barkley, the pass rushers and maybe even Jones, but why wouldn't you reward Taylor with the start?

I get them resting starters and you make a great point, but going to a guy that hasn't played all year is pretty lame, no matter how you justify it.
