LONDON -- A weekly look at what the Dallas Cowboys must fix: In the first seven games of the season, the Cowboys had the best third-down offense in the NFL. Tony Romo said third-and-8 seemed the same as third-and-short. They were rolling, converting 57.4 percent of the time. Over the past three games, the Cowboys have converted just 33 percent of the time. They were 4-of-13 against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
