Not really like this, you don't normally see the same player signed and released in this short of a period. Sure, a lot of turnover happens at this time but they normally keep new players longer before giving up on them.

With undrafted free agents and guys likely to just be camp bodies anyway it's really not that unusual. It's just looking for a long shot that might be slightly less of a long shot - trying to figure which long shots to bring to training camp.
