Has that ever happened before?

I think it would be very foolish to demote a Heach Coach to Defensive Coordinator when he just led your club to 12 Wins.

Not to mention the damage he may do in the Playoffs.

Until last year I never heard of firing a head coach that went 14-2

I think it would be very foolish to demote a Heach Coach to Defensive Coordinator when he just led your club to 12 Wins.

Not to mention the damage he may do in the Playoffs.

If WP has any pride, he would most likely step down rather than getting demoted after getting a team to 13 or 14 wins.

But I just can't see this event occuring. WP's team has had a great regular season and who knows what happens in the playoffs but I just can't see him not coaching in 2008, regardless what happens with Garrett.
