The Cowboys like to dress only seven offensive linemen, so Brian Waters, who was signed on Tuesday, David Arkin and Darrion Weems would look like the choices there.
Where does the final spot come from?

The Cowboys need all the defensive line help they can get and coach Jason Garrett said all available players will be dressed, so that puts puts all the backups, Landon Cohen, Edgar Jones, Kyle Wilber, Caesar Rayford and Jerome Long, on the 46-man roster.

The Cowboys need their three running backs active with Dunbar’s injury. They need all of their safeties with McCray out. They need all their cornerbacks. They need all of their linebackers, too.

To me it comes down to tight end and wide receiver and the choices are Andre Smith and Cole Beasley.

I don't see anyway Cole Beasley plays 10 games last year as a rookie, and isn't active the majority this year.

Holloman, Randle, and Smith are all much more likely than Beasley, in my opinion, but we'll see.

I think it's one of the DEs or possibly Holloman. Depends on who isn't needed on STs as much. One of the new guys, Wilber, or Holloman is my guess.

DTs
1 Hatcher
2 Hayden
3 Cohen
4 Long

DEs
1 Ware
2 Selvie
3 Wilber
4 Rayford
5 Jones

LBs
1 Carter
2 Lee
3 Durant
4 Sims
5 Bosworth
6 Holloman

Because I think we have better players below him on the depth chart and he's just stopping progress.

The reports kinda say otherwise. Seems he's been pretty solid for the most part, if not overwhelmingly dynamic. The only person who was pushing him was Ernie Sims.

I agree on Beasley and Smith, to me the third option would be Bosworth.

I'd be shocked if Waters is active.

I can't help but think that if Waters is active, he is starting. I don't think he will start, so I don't think he will be active.

Our special teams situation will resolve itself, where I don't think we're going to be taking all of these special teams players to the field on sundays.

As soon as Anthony Spencer is good to go, expect one of these defensive ends to be cut. Kyle Wilber needs to watch out. If he wants to stay on this team, he really needs to show up tonight.

Long will be cut as soon as Ratliff is healthy and good to go.

Once Dunbar is healthy, expect either Randle or Tanner to be inactive on game days. I think it'll be an important game to both players. They're going to have to show something tonight so they can be that third guy/primary backup.

I can't see Beasley NOT being on the active roster tonight

Smith is our best blocking TE ,its either wilbur or beasley to the inactive list.
