Julius Jones seriously is that diesel...which is why he pisses me off so much (try to get our of ONE arm tackle in your entire NFL career.

Roy Williams does have a biscuit after this season though...he was eating those Hostess too much.

Of course its a photoshop job of the lighting... but where's your proof about his abs?

only read the first few posts so im not exactly sure where this thread is right now, but in my opinion roy lost his big hitter rep after last season, he really didnt have any bone crushers that i have gotten so used to. I love roy and think he is a very good player and can cover better than most believe, but he isn't a top 5 hitter anymore.
