Ben Roethlisberger will not be charged for sexual assault after a one-month investigation, according to ESPN's Kelly Naqi.

District Attorney Fred Bright will hold a press conference Monday to announce his decision at 2PM ET.

If Naqi is right, this will be the second sexual assault charge Big Ben has avoided in the last eight months. Earlier Friday, ESPN's Roger Cossack cited "people involved in the case" to predict Roethlisberger wouldn't be indicted or arrested. The Georgia D.A. will make a formal announcement on Monday.

well i think the moderators need to mark this for future reference, and next time if some dallas cowboys player gets in trouble, we just remind little commissioner goodell how he let the patriots get away with cheating, how he allowed porter to get away with stuff, and how he has allowed big ben and holmes to get away with stuff


then tell the commissioner he had better not do anything ever again to our dallas cowboys players if they just sneeze because he did nothing to the players mentioned above
