The thing that bothers me the most is this is almost a "no win" situation perception wise.

If we lose... its the December blues yet again. and if we win we we should because we are playing an under manned injured... blah blah blah Giants team...

It seems to me that so many of our beloved Zone Posters' perception of the Dallas Cowboys is irrationally linked to the perception of the National Media.

If we beat the Giants, IN New York, effectively ENDing their postseason hopes and probably Eli Manning's season, is anyone really going to care what Keyshawn Johnson and Rodney Harrison have to say about it?

So for them to sit their and say we will struggle is nonsense, according to their expert analysis Dallas was the third team in this divsion ....maybe depending on washingtons play.

So for us to be going up there To stay in front of the east basically ruins all the credit they have.

and all the media keep running around with these romo december numbers...5-8 5-8....blah blah....well if it is all about numbers in December, Romo is 2-0 vs NY in December. One win on the road and one at home.

You wont see matt mosely, calvin watkins, carl banks, bob pappa, ralph vacchiano etc...bringing that up though, its the 5-8 that pushes their agenda...

I'm guessing they won't mention how many losses Romo has in that stadium either.

Surprising since they're so in love with their precious meaningless trends.

And for the record, I'm not confident we win this weekend because Romo happens to be 2-0 in NY, I'm confident because we are a better and healthier team.

I don't think this is a no win situation at all. Any NFC East game is a challenge. This one adds more:

1. It is a mental hurdle for the Boys - winning a big game in December
2. Pretty much knocking an East rival out of the playoffs and almost guranteeing a playoff spot IMo with 1 more win


HUge, HUge Huge win if the Cowboys pull it off no matter who is injured on the opposing side!
