The thing that bothers me the most is this is almost a "no win" situation perception wise.

If we lose... its the December blues yet again. and if we win we we should because we are playing an under manned injured... blah blah blah Giants team...

There is no joy ( having said that I hope we smack them in the mouth so hard they don't wake up till the draft...)
Fortunately, there is no win-loss column for perceptions.

Mmmmm...I love that category in the final standings for "Style Points".

You have a knack for stupid commentary. I don't know if it's nature (recessive genes) or nurture (late night sneaky Uncle, dropped on head). I do know you are hurting the board's median post IQ with every submission.

There is a certain board subset to which you apparently belong that can only handle binary game analysis - win good, lose bad. But there are those of us who also look to various aspects of the game for deeper insight into the team. You'll recognize us by looking for complete sentences, unfamiliar forms of punctuation, and members whose parents were married when we were born. Take the time to allow us our silly notion that winning is directly related to those particulars that we like to look for from time to time beyond JUST winning. Because believe it or not, how well you play in the three important phases of the game (what you consider "style points") is, indeed, DIRECTLY RELATED to winning games, and you will find that concomitant relationship isn't random or fleeting, rather fairly bedrock - teams that don't do one, don't do the other.

The cars driving in the street are really made of marshmallow, go get a bite of one...

I award you three style points for this post.
