Even Strahan said, were basically spoiled Brats! **MERGE**

Topic is still Romo, since you are struggling with comprehension? I am not getting hammered, since I have not entered my opinion? Any disagreement should go to the NFL players union for thinking Romo is overrated.

Topic *was* what Strahan had to say about Romo, but who's able to concentrate that long anyway? In the meantime, I'll let you work out what 90% of 239 equals in the background. Post your answer when you get it, ok?

Funny, Strahan's main discussion point surrounded Romo, so I guess your comprehension is worse than previously thought. I dont hold anything against though; "special" kids always have a place in my heart. Take care.

The thread you're posting in is titled: 'Even Strahan said, were basically spoiled Brats!' 'We're' being the Dallas Cowboys fans. Your first post, the one I initially responded to, was:

Strahan also said after 2007 that if you pressure Romo up the middle and keep in the pocket you can beat him. So I dont know it sounds like a little TV commentary?

You follow this up with a link to an off-topic USA Today poll where a handful of anonymous NFL players voted that Tony Romo isn't the most overrated player in the league. (The other 90% of them disagreed, but whatever). You tell me who's special once you put it all together. I'll keep quiet. Taking off your shoes and socks might help if you're going to tackle the hard math.

This will take the discussion further away from the thread topic, but I'm interested in why SI published only 45.5% of the vote:

What the heck happened to the rest of the list? Does anyone have an actual copy of the magazine? Perhaps the complete list was available in newsstand copies because it's not on the magazine's website:

Ya'll don't get what I'm saying. I'm saying his comments are worthless, because the two aren't even in the same league. It'd be like saying we're lucky to have Brady Quinn. Try trading him for Sean Salisbury, then you'll see how good you really had it. I'm not saying he's wrong in this situation, because I think Romo is a good player, but just because Brady Quinn might suck worse doesn't mean your guy doesn't still suck. Get it? Meh, I could've probably explained that better.

Couldn't agree with him more
Ditto.
We're used to so much success that we forget most teams do a lot more with far less.
We have a better QB situation than the majority of NFL teams.

OK, reread the original post, ok I know it is hard for you. See how the poster stated how people behind computers cry about players until their gone? Are you still with me, because I realize your probably struggling. I will keep simple for you. The comparison of forum posters crying about players(Romo) was compared to NFL players feeling he is overrated. After Strahan did mention swapping Romo out for Quinn. So the poll of NFL players agreeing with forum posters who may cry about Romo is relatable. Boy you are probably real tired by now? Do you see it now? You got spunk kiddo.

You've got, what, 6-7 players picking Urlacher, and fewer than that picked every other player not named in that unnamed 55% block. There must have been at least 100 players who received votes across a panel of 239. Basically, there was no consensus at all.

I think it just means that there's probably some 20 players who got a percentage of the vote and that there is not much (if any) of a consensus.

In any case, Strahan doesn't sound like he would be one to call Romo overrated.

So you're saying that Strahan is wrong because he agrees with 90% of the players polled (I think that's a majority), rather than the 10% who think Romo is overrated?

No if you read the post you quoted of mine I am saying more people besides those behind computers think Romo is overrated. As for Romo being 2nd on the list take it up with the players.

Granted, but if they're going to publish part of the list, they may as well publish the entire list.

OK, you stand your ground with the other 10%-ers.

Oh. I get it now. You changed the topic from what Strahan had to say about how our fans regard Romo to something else that wasn't relevant. To support the change of topic, you used a poll from a stupid source that didn't really support your point anyway. And you want credit because it's 'relatable.'

I'll give you one, point, though. I am 'real tired.' I'll perk back up if and when you say something interesting, which is my way of saying 'enjoy the rest of the thread.'

There isn't any need to take it up with the players. The players who did vote for Romo represents 1/10th of the total players surveyed. That's not that dissimilar to those who believe the same thing on this site.

That's like defending your gene pool because your mother and your uncle are relatable. Your existence pretty much proves you're right, but I'm not sure it's something to brag about.

From your photo in the upper left and under your name coupled with your comprehension skills; I see you're gene pool is filled with promise. LOL

I wonder what kind of format was used to submit the questions to the players. Was it a fill in the blank or a multiple choice type questionnaire.

My point was that more than people behind computers have issues with Romo. I already stated this, but thanks for your input.

Fun exchanging barbs, tunahelper, but I'm off to hangup some skeletons. 'Sall good, I hope.

Go Cowboys. Go Romo.
