I wonder what kind of format was used to submit the questions to the players. Was it a fill in the blank or a multiple choice type questionnaire.

Craig
Good question. Probably more a fill in the blank in my opinion.

My point was that more than people behind computers have issues with Romo. I already stated this, but thanks for your input.
Everyone has issues with any player. Romo's no exception. It should always be noted as to how much of an issue it truly is for some. You're welcome. :)

So Cowboy fans would truly appreciate what they have.

He had a kind of funny wish list on the Fox pre-game and said it. Then, he caught himself and said..."No really, I hope they do trade him." in referring to his Giants.

I couldn't help but think of a few Romo "fans" on here. :laugh2:

Given how popular, polarizing and closely-covered the Cowboys are, combined with the fact that the team hasn't won anything recently, isn't it possible that Romo can be both "overrated" and an above-average NFL quarterback? Looking at the players listed in the article, it looks like a lot of grudge-fueled backlash over the amount of exposure they get. I think any NFL fan could've predicted those results before the poll.

I, for one, appreciate the heck out of Romo but reserve the right to curse him, question his leadership and talent and otherwise hold him to the ridiculously-high standards and expectations I've always had for the Cowboys QB position. When he starts making $9.75 and hour and begins dating Rosie O'Donnell's twin sister, I'll let up on him a little...

absolutely it's possible. You have to be rated highly in the first place to be "overrated." No one thinks Jamarcus Russell is overrated.

I'm a HUGE Romo fan... It seems like I'm always defending him. But I don't disagree that he's overrated by a decent number of people. I mean, it seems like some people think he should walk on water and never make a mistake. If that's what you expect from him, then yes, you have him overrated. (Not saying that you do specifically).

Well I'm not one that Romo gone because I remember what we had the last several years before him !!! everything from Bledsoe to Henson...OUCH !!! I have only stated he needs to work on protecting the ball better !!! I sometimes don't like the way he acts because he appears to not take things serious enough.

Also as far as Strahan really don't care what he say's because I listened to him on the pregame talking about how the Giants would beat New Orleans while all the others picked New Orleans which thought would beat the NY Giants by two touchdowns. I still am not sold on the NY Giants and I'll tell you why because when they get behind they are not built on Offense to score quickly. Their not explosive offensively. They like getting the lead and milking time of the clock using their Offensive line to beat you down. The Keys to beating them is getting the lead and coming after Manning, he will many times wilt with pressure.

Just stating a fact. Some of us just know we could do MUCH better with an actual GM and some decent coaches.

the way we complain and cry everyday....over Newman and Romo

we don't deserve 2 see our team win as fans, i hope people get there wishes soon

and when the team hits rock bottom all you will see is "We need Romo/newman Back"

just like you saw When TO left

So fans who have stuck with the team for 13 years of no playoff wins don't deserve to see our team win? What crazy kind of "logic" is that?

"So we can see just how good the fans have it."

Have what? No playoff appearances in over a decade.

Non-inspiring football for about 8 years now.

How many Super Bowl wins again this decade?

Romo and Newman?, I could care less. Ain't like we as fans are gonna be missing much except the teasing this crew does every year.

Yes, Romo is better then any QB since Aikman and Newman is better then , well, umm. A BUNCH OF DB's that Dallas has had. Still hasn't gotten them a damn thing.

And the stupid *** T-blow crap again... He brought TD's, WOW. no rings, no playoff championships, no Super Bowls. He brought drama, that is it. But, he isn't or wasn't the only one doing that.

It's clean house time, starting from the top all the way down to the bottom, after this season.

I am not a spoiled Cowboys fan, I am a pissed off Cowboys fan because this team should be so much more. But, they are what they are. Overrated and underachievers.

They put it all together, and this team would be unstoppable.

Exactly, and just like Quinn, Romo is far and away better than Tebow or McCoy....give us a break with the Romo-phobias.
