The team was not unable to achieve a playoff victory in that first preseason game.

Some of you are so obsessed with the playoff win issue, that you won't do anything but ***** until it occurs. Sorry folks: you cannot win a playoff game in the first preseason game, and the first preseason game is no indication if you will get one in the playoffs. The first team was fine.

I feel pity for you butt hurt fans who cannot enjoy watching football until this playoff-win monkey is off our backs. It'll come. Enjoy the ride.

The first kickoff of the preseason we have "holding, number whatever" and we were on our own 3 yard line. How many times have we heard this the last 3 seasons. Coming off last season that should not of happened on the opening kickoff. Urgency. You can not deny that this team lacked that last season. Buleurer kicked well, Ill give him that.


Our recievers, was anyone impressed by anybody on the depth chart past Hurd? That concerns me. We do have four strong recievers and 2 strong TE's but Hurd and Austin get injured all the time.

Our Dline, how many sacks did we have last night?

Our backup db's probably couldnt even cover Frosty the Snowman last night.

Do we have any quality OLineman besides the starters and Holland?


These are the things we have to figure out by December.

I admit yea I didn't want to see them give up 31 pts but dude its the first preseason game. The first one is for getting back into football mode and to get the rookies feet wet but the third game is when the team is suppose to look like they're coming together. until that 3rd one who cares about the first and second games? as long as no one good gets hurt its a win. lets save the drama until when its needed but for now lets try to get through the games that dont mean a thing ok?

I can guarantee you Romo and his Boyz were trying and so was our 1st team D. I believe our backups were trying too

"guaranteeing" on a message board something that can't be proven means nothing. Legit starters don't give 2 ish's about Exhibition games.......If they did, they would show the same intensity as reg season......

I actually think this team has a chance to be very solid 11-5, 12-4 if it remains healthy. However, we need to bring in another decent CB if one of the top 3 goes down. Behind that, those guys aren't NFL caliber IMO. Also, we need a backup NT in the worst way possible. Even if Rat doesn't get hurt we still need a solid backup at that spot.

These are both no brainer points though.
