Although I didn't think Henson played that bad yesterday, it was not that great either. He was under pressure on some plays, but simply threw some bad passes, and really only one great pass. Chang did okay, but by no means did he look any better than Henson.
That being said, I think Henson's time to impress is limited. I think he has a short window to show something to Jones, Parcells, and company. That window falls between right now, and the draft on the last Saturday in April. I feel like that is the plan. If Henson wows and looks head and shoulders above not only Chang, but the other starting QB's in the NFLE, then I think he will entrench himself as our future starter in Dallas in two years. However, if continues to look average and not much better, or worse that Chang over the next few weeks, the QB position will be addressed in the draft, either with a move up to get a player like Cutler, or selecting a QB in the second or third round, like a Croyle or a Whitehurst. We just connot wait forever, and if Henson does not impress soon, he may go the way of Hutchinson sooner rather than later.
