No way. King of the check down. Literally never tried to make a play past 10 yards downfield.

McGee was literally afraid to throw beyond 3 yards downfield. So frustrating to watch...

On the surface this is a great, impressive stat. Unfortunately I can see our "brain trust" just leaning towards keeping guys we drafted over other players that were in camp just to start conversations like this even if the latter was much better in camp. No one overvalues the potential of a 7th round draft pick like us...

They still have to be good enough to make the team, so this is pretty impressive.

They really don't. GMs keep underperforming draft picks out of pride, belief, etc all the time.
