too bad the Cowboys can't take advantage of this troubled division....it could be a cake walk if it wasn't for their own ineptness. Misery does love company.

It is unusual. I've seen more of all 4 teams than I would normally see over the first two weeks and feel I know more about them than I normally would.

The eagles are pretty much what I thought they'd be. Pretty good offense and no defense. They'll win 6-7 games.

I expected the Giants to take a step back and looks like they have. They'll win 7-8 games.

The Skins are not as good as most thought they'd be and a little worse than I thought. I believe their defense is going to hold them back all year and keep them from winning more than 8 games.

We're not as good as I thought we'd be and I seriously doubt we win more than 10 and are more likley to finish 8-8 than 11-5.

We could be looking at and 8-8 NFC East champ.

It may well come down to the last game against the EaGirls for the Division title. Will we finally win the last game to go to the playoffs?? Who knows.

Eagles look the best in the division and should be 2-0.

The Iggles shouldn't have even been in that game. Chargers fumbled twice inside the 10. And again across the 40.

They couldn't beat a West coast team, traveling East after a Monday night game.

Can't wait til everyone gets off their bandwagon.

Not on their bandwagon just saying they should be in 1st place and have looked way better than any nfc east team thus far.

Could have been a cake walk, yes. It used to be (I know it's been awhile) that this division was so brutal that it was a great tune up for the playoffs. The NFCE was the toughest division in the league. Now, we may very well be the easiest.

That being said, I am ever the optimist and believe we will get better on offense and will take control of the division. Another week of healing for Romo's ribs will be a big help. He just isn't right. Some of the passes he missed today were just unbelievable. Even when he didn't miss, he did not hit short passes in stride and stopped the momentum of the receiver. He will heal and be better in the coming weeks.

I think the Eagles look the best as well with a non biased opinion.

BUT. I think we by far, have the best defense in the division.
Our Offense has way too much talent to look this bad haha

I love how you somehow fail to bring up the fact that one eagle touchdown was taken back because a tackle was lined a inch out of place, or that they were at the goal line twice but vick had to leave for one play after a hit and the TE dropping a pass with no one around him.

That offense is incredible. Envious. 500 yards; 30 pts. All of that in 20 mins of possession. If that defense gets a few stops, its over.

The chargers drained the clock with long drives the eagles defense just could not stop. Thank god their defense is all time worse.

Meanwhile in DC, they are already talking about benching R2D2.

Yeah the nfc east sucks, but I wanted the Cowboys to start off the season at least 3 and O.

Not looking good for NFC East. Saints and Atlanta will be in. So will Seattle and and San Fransisco. NFC East champ will be the 4th seed and be one and done in the playoffs.

It sucks to lose today, but in the grand scheme, it's going to be about who can win the division. I can't see any of these teams qualifying for the WC especially when either Seattle or SF is penciled into one slot for sure.

I see this division ultimately coming down to beating down our divisional foes. If you can go 5-1 (maybe even 4-2) within the division, you've got a shot.

Wow. You can predict that this early in the season? Teams get hot all the time and make a run. Look at the ravens last year. Nobody expected them to do anything in the playoffs and they end up winning it all.

Bottom line is we have no idea what will happen yet. Two weeks in and we are one play away from being 2-0

NFC East was the only division in football that went winless this week.

Yet we are still tied for first place. I know that means nothing right now, but there are positives to this game. The biggest negative is that some of the same issues we saw last year on offense are apparent this year.

It actually means a lot right now, too. I agree, that the same offensive issues from early in the season last year have cropped up again.
