Yet we are still tied for first place. I know that means nothing right now, but there are positives to this game. The biggest negative is that some of the same issues we saw last year on offense are apparent this year.

It's a dead end road..

This offensive system will not overcome these crazy type of atmospheres with any kind of consistency.

We have to get a coaching and scheme advantage at some point.

too bad the Cowboys can't take advantage of this troubled division....it could be a cake walk if it wasn't for their own ineptness. Misery does love company.

1-0 in the division is a good way start.

I say no way does 8-8 win this division. 9-7 very well could, which is still shocking to me knowing and watching the history of this division. That's what have made the past couple of years disappointing; we haven't been able to take advantage of the very fortunate opportunity of winning the NFC East at 9-7.

I'm thinking either the Eagles or Washington (or maybe even both) turn things around to finish at least 9-7/10-6, meaning yet again, it'll probably come down to those last two weeks (assuming we get ourselves in that position).

It's far too early to make any sweeping statements; hell, Washington was 3-6 last year. And although I think Giants are gonna struggle this year, we know how they like to go on inexplicable runs where they look way different.
