Every year, more drama!

I think it’s interesting, but disturbing, that something pops up every year that threatens the success of the team. Holdouts, bad injuries to key players, arrests, bad trades, stupid quotes—drama drama drama. This year it’s disgruntled residents in Oxnard and a potentially DISASTROUS Zach Martin holdout. We’re doooooommed!

Think this year’s drama will hurt us? Think we’ll ever have a drama-free year?

You need not to look no further than the two drama kings who run the show. It's been going on for about thirty years.

Eh, contract disputes aren't often nor are they rare in the NFL. Whether it's a player looking for his first big payday or it's a guy looking for a 3rd contract.
We haven't heard a peep from Pollard, yet Barkley is saying he may sit out week 1+.

Jerry is still around, so the weird quotes are year round.

In the long term scheme of things, residents complaining about their view being blocked, and a player saying that he might, possibly, hold out in training camp is nothing.

Now, if somebody gets seriously injured, or arrested, then we’re talking distractions.

All starts at the top unfortunately
Some does, but I mean society in general. People nowdays are so easily triggered. They overreact to virtually everything, and the media happily encourages it for clicks. An example: when I was a kid, I remember standing in six inches of snow, waiting for the school bus, and it was no big deal. Now? Two inches has panicky weather reports and school closings everywhere! A coming storm has people flooding the local market, sucking up bread, milk and TP. I remember when 5 or 6 of us would jump into the uncapped bed of someone’s truck, and fly off to a party or bbq. Now? People get fined if everyone’s not buckled into a proper seat.

Drama, overreaction. Just sayin’.

Neither the disgruntled resident or Martins threat to hold out will hurt the Cowboys.

So no the drama won't hurt us.
Fingers crossed, but we don’t know yet what the media might print, or if one of the Oxnard people wants to litigate. And what happens if Zach doesn’t like Jerry’s offer? Or Zach gets a big contract that influences teammates to overreact, and engage their own holdout?

Who cares about the residents of Oxnard... no drama there. Martin will not hold out. And if anyone on that team deserves to be paid, its him. So it will be worked out.

Injuries are part of it.

I think we are good to go as we sit here one week or so out.

Yeah, much of what the media covers is just to generate debate/click$.

Happening all around the lead to other teams holdouts arrest problems injuries I mean he just name the entire NFL happening all around the league the other teams hold outs arrest problems injuries and you just name the entire NFL you do realize these people you know players and coaches are humans and if you look at the human population they had the same issues ? No need to sweat the small stuff until it actually needs to be an issue come the week before game one we can talk about all this but like the entire league is having drama it’s just part of life things happen not everything is positive you know if you grew up with you think that life is rainbows and unicorns I hate to break it to you but it’s not

So you’re saying that they’re the only team that experience holdouts players who want to be traded injuries arrest and all the other stuff that’s going on I’d say it happens to all teams on a yearly basis for which we don’t get to hear about but some of it we do the factors we know more about our own team because we’re paying attention and we’re plugged into our own team but it’s happens all over it has nothing to do with Jerry and by the way it’s your game one is on the horizon this is a crybaby whiny whoa is me post it has no bearing on the season the things that are going on right now
