Every year there is that one game that tells me our team doesn't have what it takes

Once the OBJ non-sense started picking up, I knew we could be in trouble for this game.
The Jones boys have a way of always be stirring up unnecessary distraction.

Actually I give more credit to our opponent. Great QB with their backs against the wall at home .

Yea, we had some blunders but fought back. But this was my concern coming in that Rodgers and the Pack might not be done. Never count out the heart of a champion.

Never count out the heart of a fool either. The fool spends too much time flattering himself while the wise man knows better and will always flatter the fool.

To be a true contender. THIS loss was that game for me in 2022.

And again it was a total team loss. From Dak, to the defense, to the dumb Oline penalties on the final drive to MM making stupid coaching decisions. Cowboys just fold when it counts the most.

This should have been a dominant revenge game, but again the team as a whole didn't show up.

This.
This was more than just your average gut-wrenching Cowboys collapse. This was indeed THAT game where you know that it's just another year closer to 3 decades since we've done anything. Worse, though, because we are another year closer to Stephen being in full control.

They don’t have those telling wins against the good teams either. There has to be a signature win or two that proves the team is capable of winning big games under pressure. They choke during those must-win games year after year.

Dont care really. Tired of all the excuses whether justified or not. Nothing changes. And next week these fools are going to go right back to featuring an injured, hapless Zeke. Even after Pollard goes for 250 yards and 4 TDs' as as the lead back after the last two games.
It's not an excuse. It's talking facts...whether pro or con. Cowboys could have pulled off a win in overtime, and there still would be plenty to discuss pro or con. The thing is some people are not satisfied until we win another Super Bowl, so they are going to complain and be as negative as possible because they can't handle feeling so miserable so they want everyone else to be miserable. At this point, it's best they tune themselves out and away from anything Cowboys or NFL. It's just not healthy.

When a guy has played for almost 20 years and has never had a stretch as bad as Rodgers had leading up to the Dallas game, just chalk up to him being due.

Even Prescott can pull off a good game every 6 weeks, why would anything think that Rodgers can't anymore?

That's kind of how I feel after the game as well. We are close, but close never gets it done.

I believe the better team lost. I also believe had the officiating not been so lop-sided we would have won. None of that matters though because you have to be good enough to overcome bad officiating.

The running threat seem to nullify our pass rush and the offense isn't consistent enough.

There is plenty of time to come together, but we appear to be a couple pieces away still.

They got exposed weeks ago against the Eagles in the 4th quarter when they so desperately needed a stop. What did we learn from that night not a damn thing because here we are all but begging OBJ to come save us. And when we draft this year or FA comes around Jerry and Stevie will want a bright shiny toy that sells jerseys instead of nasty big bodied immovable beast in the middle of his defensive line like Vita Vea. At this point save the money your willing to spend on OBJ and go get Suh and see if maybe he can help Hankins out enough to where teams aren’t consistently rushing for 200.
.....been writing it for years.....There is a country strong LB out there with speed. Scouting department will not set foot on an HBCU campus.

And why do you feel it should have been a dominant win? We were playing a desperate team in their house against a qb that has historically had our number

you are right on accounts of why we lost but signs have been there already. Chicago gashed us with the run and that’s 1 of our biggest issues

that and penalties . If you look at our wins this year just about all of them are against compromised offensive lines
It’s a week to week league and there are virtually very few lay ups
On to next week

Well I’m up this morning feeling the same as I went to bed. This is disappointing as hell. I want to see the analysis of those I respect. I can’t see on an iPad. Was it the edges where runs were made?
Dak starting slow has got to stop. Was it a case of want it more?

Exactly

If there was ever a signature win by a decent team it was the Vikings win yesterday.

What a great day to be a Vikings fan.
