There was another intern at Camp one year. Erin _________. Her username here was kritter473 or something like that.

She said that she would not get into an elevator with Vollers.

He was a Colt in 2005 after leaving Dallas. I'm not sure how many games he played there, if any.

Just think, this wild man, Quincy, Troy Hambrick and Antonio Bryant were in the same huddle.

That explains everything

great. Good Timing. There aren't enough jokes about the organization as it is!!!

do we have a special marijuana dealer internship in the back room at valley ranch or something. These guys all leave and sell dope.

Its called Texas. Its kinda sad all the parents that find out their kids smoke pot and they have no clue what is going on. The largest importer of marijuana is a single border away.

Its cheap its plentiful and the importers are a very determined bunch.

What difference does that make? He was living in Dallas at the time.

All i am saying is that if you are looking of pounds you will have an easier time in Texas than you will say in Iowa.

Cali isnt all that much different.

Most of it is brought in from TJ and Laredo areas and then funneled thru San Diego and San Antonio respectively to the rest of the country. Its just a matter of geographical facilitation.

Most of the harder stuff at least in Texas is brought in thru Houston and the other port towns because its made farther down south and you cant just mule it across.

That being said the profit margin for pot is awful and these athletes that are putting themselves in that kind of legal jeopardy for that kind of return are stupid.

The return on pot is awful?

Ugh, for someone who doesn't play in the NFL? Wrong.

Maybe for someone who plays in the NFL and makes $300k+ a year.

But for someone who makes <$100k, the return on pot (50+ pounds espeically) is actually quite large.

Don't be so sure. With the crossroads of two of the country's major cross country interstates (I-35 and I-80), Iowa is a drug pipeline. Some of the country's biggest drug busts have happened right here.

On top of that, with the abundance of anhydrous ammonia and rural farm settings to not attract the smell from neighbors we have become the Meth capital of the country....if not the world. :banghead:

It is if you break it down to a level of an ounce or less per unit then youre right. If Vollers was doing that then he was even more stupid

more than likely he is selling them in units of pounds. Getting a hundred dollars or less for every three to four hundred spent is not very good especially when you consider the legal ramifications. Pretty much anything else doubles your money.

Now if he is going south of the checkpoints and purchasing there and then managing to get it back then that is a different story but all of the profit margin is eaten up by the mule.

Dallas eats even up more of the profit because there are guys who take it from where the mule drops it off to Dallas. He gets his cut too. thats why when you get out to say Missouri its so expensive.

At the end of the day he was going to maybe net $5k off a $15k investment and thats without overhead and if everything goes perfect.

He is now going to have to play upwards of $5k just for the lawyer to defend him and the state of texas is going to take a really nice big bite out of his *** thru felony probation.

If you are going to do felony drug trafficing, what he was doing is about as stupid as you can get.

I realize that the midwest is absolutely awful when it comes to that. KY is as bad or worse but I am just saying that all of that stuff that comes thru Iowa started in Texas.

Where at in Iowa are you from? I live like 2 minutes from Dubuque.

And yeah, Iowa has had some epic Meth busts in the past 10 years.

Are you a drug dealer, Fuzzy?

No, i was when i was younger and quit after seeing most of my friends at that time end up dead or in jail.

When a couple of friends of mine were killed in a home invasion that was the last straw.
