We'll be obliged to remain patient with Crawford. Believe me when when I say I'm aware all to well about what he's going through in his attempt to rehab himself from that torn achilles. I severed my right achilles about 20 years ago. It took me well over a year before the soreness disappeared enough to exercise without the pain returning every time -- especially the day after working out.
Fortunately, Crawford's injury was a tear and it wasn't completely severed. With that being the case, the healing process should be somewhat quicker, although he has more weight to deal with than I ever did. It's easy for me to identify with the painful process of recovery Crawford will be experiencing. I'll be pulling for him to revisit his former state of good health ASAP. Godspeed, Tyrone!
