What are your expectations for the Cowboys? Is it a Super Bowl win or bust?

Is there nothing in between?

We need a deep run into the playoffs. Yea, I'll be disappointed if we don't win the Super Bowl, but then again I always am when we field a contending team. We've all had to endure a lot of letdowns the past few years. We're due. If we make it to the NFC Championship game, it'll be a very successful year. How could it not? Then again, it's painful to make it that far and fall just short.

I have been on record since the offseason that the Dallas Cowboys will win this year's Super Bowl. Book it!

I can't predict a SB but we are in the hunt. This season will hinge on the job the OL does IMO.

I agree. It will be disappointing if the fail to win the NFC East and don't go deep into the playoffs. It will also be a big let down if they get totally dominated by another defense. My hope is that the Cowboys show up to play each week and don't have those games where they seem to be going through the motions.

If we miss the Playoffs....bust

If we lose the wildcard/division game...semi-bust (depends on how it looks. I won't fault the team if they lost b/c of injuries throughout the season, but will if they play like lame-o)

If we lose the championship game...it will be wade's head I bet.

If we lose the Superbowl...ouch painful as hell, but still glad these guys have that experience, and the hunger to go for broke next year.

If we WIN the superbowl.....success!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NFC Championship game could be enough, depends on the details. If they lose any playoff game in which they were favored, I think Jerry cleans house. If they win one or two playoff games given a difficult set of circumstances (namely injuries), I could see the coaching staff getting another shot. Jerry has shown a level of patience we haven't seen before, but it's running thin.

Garrett needs to be on the hot-seat before anyone else. Wade is a proven commodity.

One game at a time

Howdy IowaCowboyFan. Hope you and johnny_utah stick around and enjoy CowboysZone.com

One game at a time is the mantra I've had for the past few seasons. I'm going to buck that trend, toss it out the window and go for broke.

Have to win a Divisional Playoff game. But that is a long ways away. Have to make the playoffs first.

This team has an excellent opportunity of winning the Super Bowl this season. So do several other teams. Provide we remain relatively injury free (especially along the offensive line) during the regular season, Dallas will definitely be in hunt for its sixth Lombardi. That's all that any fan of a very good team such as ours could hope for.

I just hope we don't go out scoring only 6 points, like we have the last two years.

I expect some good things from our rookies.
I expect Romo & Roy to finally click this season.
I expect our defense to be a force.
I expect to see a lot more from Felix.

As far as whether or not we're going to the Super Bowl, I don't know.
I think we're talented enough but crazy things happen throughout the season.

If we don't get there, I'll be upset. But I won't think the window has closed.
I think this team is talented and young enough to be a contender for a while.
