He is utterly without any real NFL talent, but he never quits and doesn't make mistakes. He just doesn't have the physical gifts.

I don't hate him at all - I get frustrated when you see a guy who is just living his dream and doing everything within his power to play well get lambasted, but at the same time it creates a liability for the defense. I like him as a backup and maybe ST but he's a woeful starter.

I like Hayden, I like any guy who will bust his tail for the team. Talent wise I think he is limited and I think as more talent is brought in that it will cost him his spot on the team. However the guy goes out and does what is asked of him and works hard and that I can respect. There are guys who are very talented in the NFL yet will throw it away I have little respect for those guys

Agreed,,, decent rotational guy but not the one you want as the main starter. I've always felt the DL should have real deal studs at each position, if you've got that then you are well on your way to having a bad-arss defense!
