And what happened to K Colbert (at WR) of the Panthers? Is he a bust? I thought his rookie season he was going to be a good number 2. I think he may have had injuries last season . . . .

I guess Fargas will probably be too expensive, IMO.

Yeah Ward and Moore would be nice depth choices.

I'd love to have Cartwright in Dallas to return kicks. He's burned us several times.

RB
12 Mewelde Moore 5-11 209 26 Vikings $1.75M $2.00M

WR
2 Bernard Berrian 6-1 185 27 Bears $16.50M $7.50M

That's the two we need to target IMO.....remember SPEED KILLS!

That's what I was thinking.

He would make a solid number 3 RB at worst, plus he would be active during game days because of his special teams play.

I don't think we'll be able to afford Berrien and sign Hamlin, Flo, plus a FA CB, maybe a RB . . . plus our draft picks, etc.

Well, I think it would be a tight fit to say the least . . . .

Do you think Gaffney would be a solid number 2?

He's played well this year, but he's the Pats 4th option at WR, I think.

On a side note, good grief the Pats are deep!

why? the guy is a 1 year wonder

Just because you don't know anything about him other than his INT stat line from ESPN.com doesn't mean you need to voice said uninformed opinion.

He's a fantastic corner. He was probably the best cover corner in the NFL. I think at one point in the season he was allowing 1 catch for 11 yards per game, per a local newspaper. Not sure if that held up, or not.

he had 1 really good year other than that he has been decent. we need a playmaker opposite of newman. they don't throw alot to newmans side and when they do tnew doesn't make enough plays. we need a ballhawk corner opposite of newman or else were gonna have to depend on hamlin to get all our interceptions.

Those figures are f'ing laughable.

Could some players hit those numbers? You bet. But I wouldn't be suprised if many guys ended up with 1/2 of what those lists suggest.

I like Foxworth and Paymah from the Broncos to add some great depth behind a rookie or play the nickel role.

Why don't you just say "I don't know anything about him" and just move on?

If we signed Randy Moss, would next year's cap hit be $6million?

How about drafting a backup to barber and then signing Stecker to replace Thompson. Seems like a cheap replacement.

Does anyone really think we'd give Moss that kind of money ?? And if we did decide to break the bank, would his hard feelings about the not drafting him keep him from coming here ?

Reeves will get his money.

Get your checkbook out, Jerry.

[You should have fixed this already.]
