Falcons - Commanders Who we do root for?

I can't stand the Commanders. Already they saying Campbell is better then Romo with better upside, etc. While at the same time they saying Campbell is another Romo, they also claiming Romo overrated that it's his OL and defensive along with good RBs & WRs. These are the same people who claim we are awful team. No way do I want Commanders to win. I want Falcons to cream them and drive them into the ground. Hope Campbel can't even thru total of 30 yards in game. Hope Falcons show no mercy. We will take care of the Falcons our selves.

Myself I'm not going to pull for either team, one team will win and one will lose and as long as Dallas takes care of their own business it really does not matter about what happens in the falcons/skins game.

Exactly...although those games matter they really have no bearing on us if we dont win. The only other game that may have an interest is the Saints/49ers game and Seahawks/Broncos game because they are tied with us for 2nd in the NFC. But all that goes out the window if we dont beat the Giants on Sunday.

p.s. I rather the Falcons win because I really dont like the Commanders.

True. For me I don't like Vick and the falcons and certainly don't care for the skins. They can play to a 0-0 tie and beat the crud out of each other for all I care. :laugh2:

What's in our best interest? A lame duck falcon team in three weeks. We have plenty of our own to take care of and we will. After two hard fought wins to position ourselves for the 2 seed, I say we deserve a break.

Let the Commanders get on a roll and win 7 games. Who cares. It will give them the false sense that they're headed in the write direction. The last thing I want is for them to blow things up, perhaps make significant changes in what they're doing. No thankyou, I like how things are run over thier, and don't want changes for the better!

Being in the Atlanta area I would rather the falcons win because it makes for good commentary to listen to them discuss their chances. I like Vick but he takes a beaten here for his play and it really isnt his fault. The franchise has never surrounded him with receivers who can catch and their play calling is horrible. The falcons are truly a team on a downward spiral and Vick is getting the bulk of the blame. Trading him ( which is the envogue opinion) would be a mistake but thats what is on the table.

They should have gotten Moss before the trading deadline for a second rounder and traded one of their soap finger receivers (all three are first rounders) but now they are in alot of trouble trying to make the playoffs.

Atlanta actually will be an easier win than we think because they are deplorable on both sides of the ball. The only game that concerns me is the Saints game and that's because Brees is having an MVP season and payton is familiar with our team.

I just think Vick is the most overrated QB in the NFL, I agree his WR have dropped some passes I have also seen enough falcon games to know Vick has thrown many poor passes and looks to run at the drop of a hat. Alt now plays a college system on offense because that is all Vick knows. And to think they paid him a 100 mill dollar contract? talk about getting ripped off.

I say Falcons. Let's bury the Skins and we can take care of Atlanta ourselves later on.

The Commanders are out of the Playoff Hunt, so they are not a threat to us but they are still a threat to N.O., Philly, St. Louis, and the G-Men who all still can make the playoffs.

So I will be rooting for the Commanders in those games.

Teams really don't know, or realize, how tough the Cowboys are...they are young at most spots, they are smart, and they are in shape...! And the scheme that they have been running is going to drive the other teams crazy...

I don't think either of these teams are going to make the playoffs anyway so it doesn't matter. I NEVER root for the Commanders (though I was happy to see them take Carolina down) and I won't root for them this weekend. I hope Atlanta thrashes them and then we beat the Falcons with an ugly stick

Exactly, but the only team that has a "chance" to turn their season around is the Falcons so I would pull for the Skins if pressed. Jason Campbell is horrible. That game last week against the Panthers was so bad I really thought they might just go back to Brunnell in the 2nd half. He stinks, and the Falcons get Abraham back they could be trouble. We are a perfect example of how a season can turn. I say burry the Falcons.
