How is everyone doing in the game? Are you enjoying it?

I absolutely love the game. I am really enjoying the content and quests. After playing F3, I pretty much had the game down when Las Vegas came out so not much surprises me and rarely am I caught off guard where I can't use my inventory to get myself through the battle or problem.

All in all I would give Fallout: New Las Vegas a def * * * * 1/2 (4.5) stars out of 5.

I have had the PC version crash out on me 5 or 6 times. I spoke w/ my intern and he hasn't had it crash at all. Oddly enough his system is about half of what mine is.

Maybe I should get a Gateway :)

I suggest taking a companion if you are starting the game in Hardcore Mode.

There are a couple of spots where you can get a robot early in the game (SPOILER: Primm-Fix Robot).

Your companions can carry 210 lbs and in hardcore mode where ammo actually has weight is a godsend. :)

I hope those who are playing the game enjoy it as much as I am right now.

My wife and I are loving it. We enjoyed FO3, and New Vegas has not disappointed. Obsidian is very good when working with other people's IPs, so I figured it would be good.

Hopefully the DLC support is as good as it was with FO3.

I have played the ever living out of it. I love the faction system and the ability to make my own ammo. Get to the point where you can make armor piercing rounds and then go tear deathclaws apart! Definitely a fun game!

That kind of stuff happens a lot with PCs. There's so many video cards out there and so many people with outdated drivers, it's hard to make a game crash-free for everyone.

Just whatever you do, don't buy a Gateway. There's no need for that.

I went heavy sneak/sniper and went back to the Deathclaws w/ my new .308 sniper rifle w/ carbon fiber kit and silencer. :) It cost near 6k caps at the Gun Runners shop. WOW !!

I sit wayyyy off and snipe anything that moves. I finally cleared the nest last night. It took about 50 rounds though and the Deathclaws are SMART. I am very impressed w/ the AI in the game and how creatures getting hitting will stop being still and pace more often or run thus taking out any possibilty of a clean snipe shot on them. I still get them but it is AWFULLY hard when they are moving.

Gosh I love this game. :starspin :starspin :starspin :starspin :starspin

Fallout 3 crashed on my older system regularly. It's a game that seems to either run great on your PC or runs like crap, and it manifests across various configurations. It's really hard to troubleshoot probably because theres a couple issues that lead to the instability.

I loved the game for a short period of time before my main campaign saves became corrupted from the crashes. Haven't tried again since. :(

My game has already frozen twice for the 360 and I even installed it to the HDD, and I'm only level 4. People on the net are complaining about putting in 30 hours worth of play and ALL of their saves being corrupted. I am very scared to keep going, but the actual fun-factor of the game is fantastic. It would be pretty much perfect if it wasn't for the bugs/glitches/freezing, etc.
