Here are some of the posts from Giants' forum. These look familiar don't they? I guess we are not the only fans who are complaining about the over use of the shotgun.

I feel the lack of running has hurt our play action and were not fooling anybody. We go into the shotgun and everybody knows whats coming theirs no deception.

They need play action to keep them off balance. When the Giants were good they used play action they need to get back to that. I'm not saying all the time but they have to use it to keep the defense honest and keep the blitzing to a minimum.

I wonder why KG do not call those plays anymore? I haven't seen the Giants perform that many plays action passes.Sad []

Because the shotgun is all the rage in the NFL everybody runs it. I think play action would also help the running game.

As long as i've been a Cowboy fan I don't ever recall the Offensive coordinator being criticized.

Even Norv would get called out for being to predictable.

The only beef I have with Jason is how he elects to make teams slow down their blitzes.

Most fans don't see the big picture and or details ( like injuries, opposing defense etc). So they expect if one team can do it, every team can do it. ALl you have to do is, call the play. Magically players will perform, regardless of talent level or opposing team talent.

But I do think Cowboy fans are really spoiled bunch, inlcuding the media here. Media and fans still in early to mid 90s. Instead of worrying about getting to playoffs and maybe win one, all they think about is SB or bust. Its good to have high expectations.

At the same time it dumb to expect more of the team than the talent warrants. Any team can get hot and win one I guess, but limit to what you see on the field right now. And watch the darn game, not stats sheet and determine how it was played.

Of course he considers himself a part of it and I will go even 1 step further and say Cowboy fans as a whole are the most dumb fans of them all.

So I guess I gotta consider myself a part of the most dumb fan base.

Yes, but it's because football is by far the most complex of the major sports. The rules, offensive and defensive schemes, etc. are all incredibly in-depth.

Hahaha, yeah I guess so! I thought the OP was okay, its always interesting to me to see what the opposition is griping about internally, especially when its the Giants and we're getting ready to square off.

Are we talking NFL-Football Fans in general or Cowboys fans? We know we are very passionate about our team and "SAY" some dumb things but I don't think as a whole, cowboys fans are the dumbest.

Have you ever met a NY GIANTS fan? Better yet have you ever met a Buffalo Bills fan...how about the Jets fans from Queens, NY? What is the IQ from that bunch?
