Is anyone here interested in fanedits? I've watched a handful (Terminator 3, Matrix sequels, Star Wars, etc.), and even created several myself. Curious if anyone else here has taken an interest in what fans can do with films when they apply their vision to the material.
Of course no websites or links or anything should be mentioned here, they're easy enough to find, and I'm quite positive posting them would be taboo.
I spent a lot of time several years ago creating a fanedit when I didn't really have a clue as to what I was doing. Now I've spent quite a bit of time on 2 and a half fanedits (I added a half since I did 2 versions of one of the movies I worked on). I know a lot more about what I'm doing now, and have much better software as well. I could do so much better on the one I worked on before, but I don't have the patience to do it again.
I think my next one will be on Avatar since I think there's an enjoyable movie hidden behind some junk.
