Faulk tears ACL deal for Mankins?

IMO trading one of our stable backs for a proven tackle or guard would certainly be progress. But for me that's if they'd take Choice.

I could see Choice being part of a package. But it's not nearly enough.

Why do fans never, ever, ever get it when it comes to the requirements of an NFL trade. They always considerably overestimate the trade value of their own players.

Choice is the equivalent of a third round draft pick. He's more tradable because of his reasonable contract.

If you want a recent reminder: what did we get for Crayton?

You'd be lucky to get a 5th round pick for Choice at this point. HE has shown NOTHING. Which is probably why he's still on the Cowboys. Makes more sense to keep him.

Mankins isn't coming to Dallas unless there is a miracle.

The sooner people accept it and move on, the better.

It's freaking Ty Law all over again only Nors is gone.

Tro? maybe?

I'm actually starting to believe that our linemen are mostly on the wrong side of 30.

It would be more expensive than just trading a RB. It will also cost a big salary. While it would be great to have Mankins, I worry about his attitude and about what it would cost to acquire that attitude.

Wow, Maroney gets traded and now Faulk goes down for the season. I guess picking up Fred Taylor in my Fantasy League will pay off now!

Why not trade all 3? It's not like we run the ball.

:lmao2: But, but, but, but, but, but...........They are a passing team, why can't you get it.

Just not a winning team it seems.

Do not deny that acquiring Mankins is a pipe dream, but the interior of this OL is a huge problem. Davis is getting lazier and slower by the second, Kozier is a FA next season, and Gurode is closer to Alzheimer's than to mensa.

Pats are in danger of losing the M&M's, both Mankins & Moss, next season .... for nothing.

Mankins doesn't solve a problem here...

It totally fills up our quota of guys with "Man" in their name

Not holding my breath, just posing the question.

Kosier is a FA, Davis looks like he is starting to slide. We have depth at RB.

Seems logical...which is why Jerry won't do it.:laugh2:

Sounds like a reasonable proposal. Davis has not looked good so far and it's time to consider whether he is in officially in decline. I'd trade him and a RB to NE for Mankins. :D
