Favorite cut of Steak.

This Texas son, it's RIBEYE or nothing. :starspin :starspin

probably ribeye although variety is the spice of life. Don't eat much steak any more though tbh. Maybe 2x a year. Too expensive.

I have been wanting some deer jerky lately. Good stuff.

As far as steak goes...I like most of the main cuts.

I would go into withdrawl like a junkie trying to quit his habit.

I could never quit eating steak or Mexican food.

Filet Mignon/tenderloin is my favorite overall, but the tender side of the T-Bone is the best individual part of any steak.

Is it too early to give out awards for the funniest poster.

I like my steaks marbled so Ribeye is always a winner for me. I especially like the burnt crisp fatty parts, yummmmmm.

Is there a bad cut of steak if cut right and cooked right? Oh and not to re-open old wounds but well done is not an option for steak. Medium is the most I will allow it to be cooked.

That said, filet mignon, prime rib, and porterhouse are all just about heavenly to me.
