If its really hot and fresh, Whataburger and Burger Street are my favs, but if I have to wait until I get them home their not all that good.

I got to ad, my favorite fast chicken is Popeyes spicy chicken with their cajun style gravy. Mmmm. :D

5 Guys is always my first choice - sooooo good! I had never had them until I moved to Virginia.

All you guys who eat at Five Guys are TRAITORS-- one of the "five guys" is ex-Commanders kicker Mark Moseley...

Burger King's are the only ones I eat. I can tolerate McD's as well, but it's really not that good.

Carl Jr's = Hardees, and their burgers suck, they're only good for their sausage egg biscuits.

Always hated Wendys.

In & Out is greatness.

There's another burger joint down in SoCal ab. wondering if you've had a burger from The Habit? When I first moved to Cali I was taking some friends to In & Out, and a guy overheard us talking about it. He said to try The Habit, he thought they put In & Out to shame. I didn't really believe it could be true, but it was pretty close. I'd still pick In & Out, but The Habit was great.

Here in Texas, fast food burger, I'll go Whataburger. But if I want a sit down and enjoy it burger, Buns Over Texas is a small chain, and awesome.

I've been to the Habit but not for at least 20 years or so -- the other LA place I dug was Fatburger

That's the least you could do... a few muttered "Commanders suck" would be in order too...

I'll bet you'd have sex with a drop-dead gorgeous female Skins fan too-- if such a creature actually existed...

I like Burger King double whopper. Any burger that drips all over your hands is a good burger. The messier the better.

We have a chain called Rally's a bit away from us. When we go into Parkersburg we get those sometimes. Freshness is the key at Rally's. Lettuce that actually is crisp the whole way through and tomatoes that seems to be real home grown and not hot house.

While stationed in Texas I loved Whataburger.

White Castle and Crystal SUCKS!

We don't have Carls or in and out around our area.

I got some HUGE burger at Ruby Tuesdays once. Was ok I guess, nothing special other than the size of the thing. I don't remember but that thing had to be close to a pound of hamburger. Had to cut it in half to eat it and it took everything I had to eat it. Which is saying a great deal for me. I had it for lunch one day when we were on a business trip and did not eat until the evening of the next day.

Is that you freaking out in those BK commercials? :laugh1:

I used to like BK until I was stationed overseas and it was the only fast food place other than the Germans Imbus (sp?) stands which were nasty.

Faerluna is a woman herself, married, with a baby. I'll take this bet.

McDonalds hasn't made a good hamburger in 40 years, if ever...

We don't have Carl's Jr in this part of the country, but I do like Sonic and Whataburger alot...

Carl Jr. = Hardees in alot of states... like VA. They recently (within the last couple years) revamped their burgers, they're actually pretty good now, but not as good as Five Guys.

Rally's was the parent company for that Redline place I worked at years ago. I was only native-English speaking person there. Everyone there was Spanish-speaking and had ESL as were most of the customers. I learned to take orders in Spanish. Got pretty good at it. It wasn't until the customers tried to go beyond the orders and have a conversation that I looked around for help. :p:

I still loved BK even while in the military.

Now in Korea they only had yellow tomatoes..which was odd.

However they also had a BK in a winnabego (sp?) that would pull up right at the gates of the post so we could all get something to eat when returning from a drunken night in the local town/village.:laugh1:

Oh and nothing like being drunk in Fort Polk and deciding to go to BK to get something to eat.

The dining area would be closed late at night but the drive-thru would stay open late.

We would be drunk enough, and hungry enough, to go through the drive-thru on foot.:laugh1:
