I've recently been watching a lot of out of the country soccer and became curious to what teams other people like.

Ever since Arsene Wenger became coach of Arsenal, I've been a fan.

I like their attacking style of play and passing game. Also, they just don't spend heavily on the top players like Chelsea or Man Utd do. They take the time to develop their players.

Also, Dennis Bergkamp was one of my favorite players, and I've been a fan ever since.

Well a LOT of my family are Scottish and are all huge Rangers fans and that runs in the family. My father is from Dallas so I was raised firmly on the Cowboys as everyone should be, I was also raised just as much on Rangers though and still go to some games when I'm over there - most successful club in history.

X2. Arsenal are the best team to watch in all of European football. They can make the the impossible seem so very simple. Arsenal are the model to which all other European teams should aspire to.

Dennis was a magician, Thierry was god and Robert Pires was from another planet.

I have seen Arsenal play, and they are my team until I die.

This is a great thread, btw.

I also follow Fulham FC(because of the Yanks) and Ajax (because of my heritage)

Robert is my favorite footballer of all time, just imagine how devasted I was when I saw him get carted off with an ACL injury when I was practically sitting next to the Arsenal bench.

have you seen a match at Emirates yet?

No. It is high on my list of things to do.

Im going to the Netherlands around October, and am planning to see Ajax play at the Amsterdam ArenA and might try to work in an Emirates visit.

It looks like a cool stadium, but it will never hold a candle to Highbury. That place was magic. If I ever win the lotto I am going to buy one of the apartments they are converting from the stadium.

Get bent There is NO need to post that in this thread.
I was honest. Whichever one fits that description is my favorite. Although in fairness it doesn't have to be a foreign soccer team to fit that preference. Domestic ones will do just fine.

I thought today was a pretty good result. We just have to hope ManU slips up somewhere down the road (which is certainly possible), or Arsenal will just have to win in April at Old Trafford (which is definitely doable too like last year).

There is always one clown who comes into a soccer thread just to announce to everyone else he doesnt like the sport. Feel important now?

Arsenal will win at OT. Adebayor is the scum killer. No matter who the scum, Adebayor dispatches them with ease.

Beating Fulham 3-0 is exactly what they needed after the disaster against BCFC last week.

Another one. Great work.

Why even post in a thread about a sport you dont like? Ignore it and get on with your life.

I despise basketball, but you dont see me wishing every franchise would fold or the sport would cease to exist on every single basketball thread on the sports zone.
