favorite song that no one has ever heard of.

aight.. i'll play.

1)
genre: rap old school style.
mr coop. flatlands
http://www.amazon.com/Poisonous-Game-Mr-Coop/dp/B000005CFY

this is seriously obscure so no youtube links. you gotta go to amazon them click sample... it's song 12 flatlands.

i went to texas tech and saw the dude at the club a few times.
he was never a big star but lubbock is small and he shined there.
never seen lubbock summed up better.

2)
genre: grunge/hard rock
nirvana serve the servants
on 'In Utero' so not completely obscure but one of the least noticed Nirvana songs and its completely kick butt. very simple and to the friggin point.
i absolutely cherish the more polished nevermind album but this is basically the raw, pained cobain.

choose the in utero version imho.

3)
genre: classic rock/hard rock/legendary
led zeppelin hey, hey, what can i do
b-side release, best description of a high maintenance bow-head(sorority, party girl) i ever heard, lol. related to this as a college kid for true.

4)
genre: country ---I am not a big country fan so this is hardly obscure....
HOWEVER, you simply must see the live, long version of this song.

garth brooks friends in low places.
again i am not a big country fan but this is absolutely to me the essence of all things country as well as just being about a 100% accurate representation of the male personality.

There are so many over the years. OK, well, I'll send one out. This is a tune that ABQJr. actually turned me on to. Jr. sometimes just cuts a CD of music he likes and thinks I'll like. Sometimes I don't know who they are but he does. It's kind of a thing between he and that has been going on since he was real little. Anyway, this tune if from an Aussie named Wes Carr. The song is called Woah. I don't know why I like it so much but I just do.

Defintaly has an intellectual type goodie mob message w/an anti mainstream message w/an oatkast type beat from the older days with a lil bone flow throw in there, not bad though. If you like underground rap w/dark messages and stories thrown in there check out the memphis underground scene. Tommy Wright III, Skinny Pimp (RIP), these guys really know how to get your heart thumpin with ultra realistic stories but not so much the shock rap, "stick it in em" but with realistic almost too realistic stories depicting robberies and home invasions. Not horrorap at all tho. Not a bad song tho, ddnt know anything about it.

"Lookin on my block, ready to pop, wondering what's up by the bump. Before I hit the track ,lookin in backpack makin sure I got another clip for my gat when I rat tat...hocus pocus in the dust and I'm neverseen, no blocks on the cops for the robbers and the dealers so let me count my green, you know it's me little man, it's Ti--ny"

Tini Maine

Maybe nothing intellectual about it but entertaining nonethe less.

Meaning that Texans are into rap? I believe that, I was just messin with you guys. You created Screwed music which can be very well done sometimes. Other than that fae, I don't what you're reffering to...or are u wanna of these pompous rap lovers who think they know what is good rap above all others?

That one is Farmville, which I play, too. The farm games are funny, because there are so many of them. Everyone wants their piece of the pie...or farm, as it were.

I get requests from that. The only other games I've played on FB is Poker and Mafia Wars. I had to stop the Mafia Wars crap. I had like 350 friends I had no idea who they were, I just needed mafia members.

I burnt out after about 3 weeks, and voided that *******s off my friends list. :laugh2:

Auhhh... Farmville. Yes, thank you, you are right. It's hard for me to keep track anymore. I don't play but there are a lot of people who are enthralled in those games.

Those Cows break me up thou.

:laugh2:
