His greatest comedic claim to fame was putting that surgical rubber glove half way over his head and blowing it up like a balloon by exhaling thru his nose,,, then years later he shaves his head bald:lmao:
* he had some pretty thick hair back when he was doing that glove routineo_O
He was great at interaction with the audience. I remember once, a lady got up in the middle of his routine to use the bathroom, so he made everyone in that section switch seats. Then he chastised her for interrupting his act, while she was trying to find her seat. It was hilarious!

Since most are already mentioned, I'm gonna throw Brian Regan in the list. Doesn't use profanity at all and is absolutely fantastic. Save him live once and even though I knew a good bit of his routine, I was still rolling.

Dave Attell is also very good. Went to one of his shows once.

Wonderful. I was scanning for Regan and couldn't find him. He's fantastic.

I'll add Gaffigan if he hasn't been mentioned.

Now there's a guy who could make you laugh without all the cuss words.
Evidently, that was his TV presentation, and he was my favorite growing up, because my parents saw his Vegas stand up and he was a lot more adult with his language. My Dad, a humorist himself, said he set the audience up for the night with a very adult version of Gertrude and Heathcliff right out of the chute, the two seagulls he did on TV. He said the audience was a mixture of shock not knowing this side of his humor and losing their breath with laughter.

I used to live in his "hometown" A.O. & would drive across "HIS" memorial river bridge to Illinois for cheaper booze:thumbup:

Well now that's interesting because I remember an interview with him and he stated that he couldn't understand why comedians felt the need to swear to get a laugh. Interesting indeed.

Jim Jefferies who has several specials on Netflix is really funny. He's so dirty that it almost embarrasses me even watching it by myself, but it's still funny stuff.

Quick clean Eddie Murphy joke that my son loved growing up:

A bear and a rabbit are both pooping in the woods together when the bear turns to the rabbit and says "Excuse me Mr. Rabbit, but do you have a problem with poop sticking to your fur?" The rabbit replies "No Mr. Bear, I don't have a problem with poop sticking to my fur." So the bear picks up the rabbit and wipes his butt with him.
