What do you guys think? Is he coming back, or not?

I think this was it for him.

If so, Kudos to you Brett, you were one of the all time greats, and I will surely miss watching you play the game.

Nah...he'll just skip training camp. Rules don't apply to him.

I'll definitely miss him throwing key interceptions at bad times.

Kudos kudos.. blah blah blah. Go home and enjoy the rest of your life Brett. I'll be glad to never see you and the "will this be his last year" parade that follows you for the rest of my natural life.

Who cares?
I'm just glad we don't have to hear about him for the next two weeks. And all the over hyped media love.

We aint done with him.

Like Ralph Kramdon once said "Somebody go downstairs and bring back Harvey...HEY HARVEY!!!"

You old folks who have an affinity for The Honeymooners should know what I mean! ;)

Come back Bret (Harvey) Favre - WE AINT DONE SON!

It was sooooooo sweet to see Brettie in the post game interview. Looks like he was crying in the locker room! LOL! Can't stand him- laughing at his game losing INT . Hey Brettie- how bout those pants on the ground! He will come back next season.

are you kidding, he will make sure he gets his face time by either retiring or saying he hasn't decided, or a family member will be sick, or his wife will get plastic surgery or whatever, he needs his face time

The thing is, you'll never stop seeing Favre. If he does retire by some act of God you can expect to see his old face in commercials for the rest of your life and... dear god, possibly an analyst.

Hopefully if he does go that way he goes to ESPN which I never watch, really.

He has a two year deal and something he feels he needs to prove. He will be back next year.

I like Favre and hope he comes back. I would play pro football until age 40 if I could do it and still play at a high level.

That said, I think this really could be the last of Brett. Then again, I have said that before.

He has and will still have a very talented team in the next season and I really don't think he wants to end his career on an interception. He is still very talented of all the years he has been in the league -- this was his best year to date. At 40!

He is an amazing player and I can say I have seen him in person. If he does retire I saw one of the all time greats. I respect him as a tough as nails player. He's started how many games now? 300+ with playoffs! We will probably never see that stat broken and many of the other 10,000 records surpassed. It's rare and it's even more rare as a QB he has never been hurt. He has taken some big hits over the years. I'm sure he'll be sore this week!

I hope he makes a decision quick. Doubt that will happen, but one can dream right. I am not saying he has to decide this week, but within a decent time period. It gets annoying for everyone for him to go back and forth.

I like his wittiness on and off the field. It's the same reason why I like Dale Jr (it's not cause he's winning a lot of races). For the most part he is having fun on the field, cracking jokes, etc. but he has his serious moments too.

And I want him to come back because I want another shot at him at the Dome. :D

Is Favre returning? Wait until September and then he'll decide. Or maybe he'll just wait until the playoffs next year.

Tom Jackson on ESPN after the game said he loved Favre because "he's never been scared to throw a pick", What other QB would get such Love?

I want him to come back, hang on too long and end his career on the bench.
