This game made it official. When he's a feature part of the game, we're nearly unstoppable on offense.

He just gives us a completely different dimension on offense. With Austin and Felix, we have our gamebreakers to bust the offense wide open and combine it with a dominating defense.

If that happens I like our chances for a Lombardi.

Would not mind finding someway to trade Barber and Bennett after seeing Phillips and Jones and Choice come through big time tonight.

He's ok, but most of his yards came on one run. If you take away that 73 yard run, he was only averaging 5 yards per carry.

Felix and Austin have been the players for some time. I don't know why, but it did, take the coaching staff way too long to realize that.

I would like to keep Babrer around for short yardage plays...but I would definitely like to see Felix receive the bulk of the carries.

I've been saying all season that..."IF FELIX JONES RECEIVED AS MANY CARRIES AS CHRIS JOHNSON, HE WOULD PUT UP SIMILAR STATS." And tonight, you actually see why.

Keep in mind that Chis Johnson averaged around 23-28 carries a game. Felix ran for about 150 yards tonight on only 16 carries...And that's not even counting the 30 yard pitch play! He is an explosive back with unheard of agility and lateral quickness, and we need to use him MUCH more frequently in the running game!

The question was never talent with Jones, or play-calling from Garrett.

It was health. There IS a reason he has not not received more carriers so far in his career. Health did not permit it.

He's great, he just hasn't been durable, he is a less strong version of Adrian Peterson but can do all the same things.

There could be a low scoring 400 yards rushing event next week between the Vikes and 'Boys.

Wow, can we stop all the talk about trading Barber away? The man has served Dallas well over the years and he deserves more respect than this.

Yes, Felix is an explosive player, but that's no reason to cut Barber.

For a guy who was NEVER injury prone in High School or College...At all...I think our coaches jumped the gun just a little in trying to preserve him for fear of losing him to an injury. Sure, he had a bad string of weird things happen, but it has never been the same thing twice, and even when he was healthy, he was always limited to only a few carries a game.

Tonight you see that he can handle getting a bulk of the carries, and is MORE than just a change of pace back. He only received 16 carries tonight, which is a career high for him in Dallas I do believe. He could easily handle another 5-10 carries a game, and I think our coaches are starting to realize that.

I believe Barber should be our "change of pace" back...not the other way around.

I agree. We need all three of our fine running backs.

I almost didn't post the smiley, but I know that sarcasm is hard to detect over the innernets.

Felix Jones is a special talent but Dallas had to limit his touches due to the durability issues. It's the playoffs now and we'll see plenty of #28!

Choice looked banged up, I wonder if that concussion did him in at the end of the game?
