Felix Jones

The gameplan should be (this week and the rest of the season) Choice starts with Felix mixed in on 3rd downs. Then Felix starts the 2nd half with Choice and Barber increasingly mixed in on closing drives.

I strongly disagree. You want to take your best blocking RB out of the game. I'll bet you something Barber gets the majority of the RB snaps. And look for us to be in a 2 TE max protect look a good bit of the time. At least until and if we get them out of all those blitzes.

I'd like to see Barber and Jones in the backfield together, with Marion picking up the blitz and Felix drifting out into the flats matched up with a linebacker.

...that's the maddening thing, he's the best blocker but may not have the best legs right now...he was a beast in the first game last year...he had over 110 all-purpose yards and 3 td's iirc...Barber and Witten combined for around 220 yds of offense...Owens did the rest...those three put up over 300 yds...

...if Dallas can get another return TD in this one and similar numbers from the RB-TE-WR combo then they have a chance...the pass defense seems to be improving but Dallas has to be ready to literally hit the ground running...they can't afford to get behind early...if they can get a turnover from the defense then their chances would really improve...

...i do think that Garrett has more things for him in the passing game...the pass he caught late in the Seattle game went for a huge gain and helped put the game on ice for Dallas...

Barber is great in blitz pickup, but Felix Jones was decleating guys against the Falcons in pass protection. He was jacking people up.

The Cowboys will not win a title until Felix Jones goes off and goes off on everyone.

Every game is a potential big game for Felix, theres always a play or two that has potential to be a big play. If he stays healthy he will prove to be one of the most dangerous runners since Barry Sanders.

Im just feeling a big game from him this week. IMO this will be his coming out party.

All the talk this week has been about Romo and the Cowboys receivers but Felix Jones is the easiest way for us to make a big play and its not a very high risk to get him the ball.

I wonder if he will still have his brace on this week?
Will Witherspoon begs to differ! He commented on philly radio that they are well prepared to deal with Felix Jones, and if he gets a hit on him he will put a little hot sauce on it
