Felix will test knee (not sure if he'll be limited in practice today)

Felix said he is testing his left knee (sprained PCL) today. He was wearing a brace on the knee.

Per Josh Ellis of dallascowboys.com

Personally Felix needs to be inactive this week. We need him 100% if we want a chance at the playoffs. It wouldn't be smart risking him against a winless Kansas City team. Dallas knows how important a win is before the BYE week and I think we can do it without Felix.

ridiculous to play him this week....I think he is just testing it to see how much progress he has made

even though KC sucks they're a very physical team. Fragile Felix wouldn't make it out of this game even if he was 100% healthy.

+1

We have more than enough firepower to still win this game. Don't risk it.

Really ..... Someone must be sucking off the homer teet to believe we have the players to match up with KC.

Although to be honest ....... Felix is not very good anyway ..... Mendenhall is who we should have drafted.

exactly, the cowboys need to get him fully healthy
then if felix gets hurt again, its on felix for not staying healthy and being able to play.

in the NFL you have to be able to play with pain;

Ridiculous to sit a guy out if there is no chance he can hurt it more.

This whole "we have enough to win" crap is dumb. Best players on the field, regardless of the opponent.

Big plays Sam aka Chump, Run the wrong Route Miles, Bruised Ribs Roy, 4.74 with the wind Pat Crayton, Marty 'No Looks' B, and the prized UDFA signing.

And of course Chad P.. I mean Tony.

Duh.....

Please let him just rest it, it's a long season.

and he needs to learn how to make it through a long season. PCL injuries are relatively rare ... he'd have to have another freak accident to hurt it anymore.

I'd *LOVE* to have JOnes back, but I'd rather see him sit this one out and rest up a couple of more weeks. ...it's still a *LONG* time 'til the end of the season.

Rare or not, he's got one and I'd rather have him healthy after the break than risk him on the Chiefs.

What did you want me to say? That, injuries notwithstanding, we have just enough talent on both sides of the ball to eek by a bad Kansas City club? If I did, some chucklehead would accuse me of "losing faith" or "not loving the team enough."
