OT: whatever happened to that Nature Boy guy that was posting here? I'm watching RAW and Ric Flair is wrestling- just reminded me of him.

The Big 12 may have been the worst conference in college football this year. OU making it to the Fiesta Bowl was no great accomplishment.

OU had no business being in a BCS bowl and they are proving it...

Stoops working his big game magic again

Lamest. Halftime contest. EVER!

Im happy that guy is getting a new house, but throwing a ball through a 10ft by 10ft hole is just a waste of time. They should have atleast made him spin around a baseball bat 8 to 10 times before hand.

Adrien Peterson is sooooo over rated...a downhill runner who gets hurt more often than he should...a guy who can run over weaker teams but is controlled by equally talented defenses that don't allow him to be sprung free into the secondary.

Honestly, I think he'll be the 2nd RB taken at best, and that's if there are no super underclassmen.

Peterson will be available when the Cowboys pick because RB's don't go high unless they are much more special and durable than he is...I just hope we're smart enough not to select him.

I'm assuming you've never seen Adrian Peterson before today. His vision and intagibles are rare. He can't help playing with a pathetic supporting crew.

They are playing Boise friggin State. The Big 12 must really suck if Oklahoma are getting destroyed like this today.

Nice throw Thompson, stick to wideout.

Whether or not your opinion of Peterson is true at the next level remains to be seen. HOWEVER, id like to see you even TRY and name a running back who will go ahead of him if he enters the draft.

Thompson along with Reggie Ball is one of the worst NCAA QB's to play on a notable program.

It's kinda sad that two amazing talents like Adrian Peterson and Calvin Johnson have to play with these scrubs.

Reggie Ball may be the worst QB EVER- If Jerry drafted him in the second round a la Quincy I would take the .357 Magnum out and end it all after first shooting my TV.

I've seen him plenty of times over the past 3 years...it's a fact that he has not been durable.

The fact that he doesn't do well against good defenses is my opinion...I see him running free in secondaries most of the time against the teams OK plays.

I'm not expecting much from him in the NFL...most people I've heard talking about the draft, and of course we can't put all our faith in them, say he'll be the 2nd RB taken and that he'd be behind McFadden if he were eligible for the draft.

Agreed 100%. However, the list does NOT stop there. The clown from Arkansas definitely makes the list. The goof from Miami is definitely on this list. Im quite sure there are a few more. 1 would think these powerhouse programs like an Arkansas/Miami could recruit a qb worth a damn...

You can make fun of Kiper and other draft "gurus" if you want...I certainly do :), but Kiper is the first guy I heard say he would never be selected ahead of McFadden if McFadden was available for the draft....I can't remember the name of the other RB that he says will go ahead of Peterson in this year's draft...I'd probably recognise it if I heard it again.

We'll see...I'm guessing Peterson won't go till the bottom of round 1, especially due to his lack of durability in college...that and the fact that RB's always drop.

I wouldnt bet on it. If they diddnt pull the trigger on a move to ditch Jones and get Maroney, they wont do it for Peterson.
