Needs more opportunities and snaps. Pie needs to grow.
I think Street might get more opportunities this year. He played more snaps than most realize but the ball just didn't go to him.

Broaddus and his crew claim that the Cowboys are excited about his potential.

No problem with that. The pie needs to grow some but I don't know how its going to grow. We need to score another 5 ppg although the defense may give us the diff we need without getting to 35 ppg.

The coaches always gave Beasley recognition and room to grow
even when he left the team. They saw something.

IMO Beasley will be signed to a 2 or 3 year contract before training camp. Possibly before the FA period begins.

Successful teams typically scheme to get favorable matchups on both sides of the ball. Many here including myself, have wanted to see even Dez moved around, etc. Beasley is capable of winning on his own from the slot...usually running solid routes, and being quick/sudden in his movements, etc. He also displayed some RAC ability. The slot suits his abilities well, and it's nice to have another added dimension.

IMO, Beasley was THE reason the empty backfield set was so hard for opponents to stop, especially at the end of the season. I know a lot of people hate that set, but at the end of the season it was probably the most effective formation and highly attributable to Beasley.

Wonder how much.

I would think about $2MIL per.

I think Beastley could run the route Edelman did for the SB game-winner to perfection.

How much do they pay him. I think the tender is something like 2.2M. Do they tender him or try to get a longer term contract done and would they pay him over 2M on a long term deal?

Yes!!! 2M over 12 years spread out with $500k guarantee. Make it happen Jerry! Way to beat the cap! LOL
