Brewer was cut.
So was Benford. I haven't looked at it real closely but the official site obviously has some mistakes. Thanks for the heads up!

I have a hard time believing Free is going to playing OG with the current OT's. I can't see Weems as the swing tackle on the active roster.
Interesting moves keeping 5 TE's and going light on CBs....could be interesting especially with MO having a bad knee....uuuHM How about keeping both Livings and Weems.
Someone must think Livings is gonna play this year, thought he was a sure bet for a IR spot and what about Weems.....WOW.....thats interesting... dont understand keeping that dude.....
I dont think the roster is set yet...,expect more changes in the next 24 to 48 hours ,,,,
Free would likely still be the swing tackle. If Parnell or Smith go down, we'll likely have Bernadeu take Free's spot at RG and Free would go to tackle.

I'm not sold on Selvie yet but I'm intrigued. Hayden I think is a player. Others like Cohen. I don't see doom and gloom on the DL but I'm concerned. If they see a first rate quick DT or pass rushing DE esp strong side capable then my guess they go that way early. We'll see.
It'll be interesting to see how we play without Ratliff the initial 6 games of the season with journeymen types on the defensive line. I can see one guy as a hold the fort type but keeping that many indicates it's a weakness.

I'm calling ST coach a potential bust.
He needed two aged vets who do nothing but play STs with neither of them being a returner. We also seem to have kept 5 TEs but one of whom may be primarily a STer in Rosario. We were supposed to be using more regulars on STs meaning less dedicated ST players but this looks like more than ever.
He better put up some good units given how much latitude he has been given in the final roster.
I also strongly disagree with keeping Livings who is degenerative and cannot even hold up to practice on the final 53 over keeping a guy like Kowalski or Moore
Well considering Beasley is not a ST player looks like they needed to keep an extra guy who can play ST and this is the problem I have with Beasley and that 5th WR spot. I fully believe that spot should be a guy who can play in a pinch but also is a good St player. IMO this is the expense of keeping Beasley over another corner.
Beasley didn't make the team keep 5 TE's or 6 Safeties.. that's a seperate decision. I don't think either of those numbers will last though.
My point is that In the past we've had other WR playing special teams. We kept an extra special teams guys because Beasley can't. That's my point
