Updated as of 12/31/06

** Indicates this team has qualified for the playoffs. This order changes depending upon who amkes it to the Super Bowl. If any on the 10 teams below the top 2 make it to the Super Bowl they slide up or down. Non playoff teams do NOT Draft before playoff teams. The only thing that changes the slotting order is who plays in the Super Bowl.

The Draft order is based upon strength of schedule. If you see a playoff team drafting ahead of a non playoff team it is still correct.

1. Raiders, 2 - 14, .555

2. Lions, 3 - 13, .523

3. Browns, 4 - 12, .535 (lost to Buccaneers)
4. Buccaneers, 4 - 12, .535 (beat Browns)

5. Cardinals, 5 - 11, .500
6. Commanders, 5 - 11, .512

7. Vikings, 6 - 10, .488
8. Texans, 6 -10, .504
9. Dolphins, 6 - 10, .543

10. Falcons, 7 - 9, .457
11. 49ers, 7 - 9, .500
12. Bills, 7 - 9, .574

13. Rams, 8 - 8, .465
14. Panthers, 8 - 8, .473
15. Packers, 8 - 8, .480
16. Steelers, 8 - 8, .496
17. Giants, 8 - 8, .520 **
18. Jaguars, 8 - 8, .531
19. Bengals, 8 - 8, .535
20. Titans, 8 - 8, .570

21. Patriots from Seahawks 9 - 7, .453 **
22. Broncos, 9 - 7, .531
23. Cowboys, 9 - 7, .457 **
24. Chiefs, 9 - 7, .492 **

25. Saints, 10 - 6, .461 **
26. Jets, 10 - 6, .469 **
27. Eagles, 10 - 6, .477 **

28. Patriots, 12 - 4, .500 (lost to Colts) **
29. Colts, 12 - 4, .500 (beat Patriots) **

30. Bears, 13 - 3, .430

Pick # 31 is reserved for the Super Bowl runner up. Should the Ravens not go to the Super Bowl they would slot down in the order. The lowest they can select is #29, the highest is #32 if they win the Super Bowl.

31. Ravens, 13 - 3, .459

Pick #32 is reserved for the Super Bowl Champion. Should the Chargers not go to the Super Bowl they would slot down in the order. The lowest they can select is #30, the highest is #32 if they win the Super Bowl.

32. Chargers, 14 - 2, .457 **

ahaha, Lions don't get Brady Quinn. They'll probably get Troy Smith.

If the Raiders don't get Quinn I will be shocked.

Two questions:

1) Why are the Broncos slotted behind the Cowboys and Cheifs?

2) Aren't the Commanders missing a lose? :p:

1. Because the Draft order is not about who goes to the Playoffs, it is about who played the harder schedule.

2. Fixed, thank you.

Won't matter without some OL.

Though I'd like the pick unless JJ is just OL problems.

And with the 6th pick in the draft the Commanders Trade it to the Lions for Alvin Dicksnort. RT. (Immediatley signs him to the most lucrative contract in NFL History)

why? so we can watch him avg 3.5 yds per carry and score 6 tds behind a terrible OL?

we have good enough RB's...we need better OL play

Is it just me, or does anyone else hate to see the Patriots pick right before us with the pick they acquired from the Seahawks?

We really need to focus on beefing up this Oline. Philthy has some hogs on the Oline that make opposing men feel small. The Oline needs further addressing in the offseason.

Packers should lose this game. They have nothing to gain by winning it.

I think you're right. Unless we can draft a RB like Reggie Bush then we are good enough to win with our present RBs.

Our prominent holes are RG on offense and a pass rusher, LB, and FS on D.

Per request, I figured the order out if the Packers hold on to win and added it to the original post.
