I like Dallas, Green Bay, New Orleans and reluctantly SF to win divisions, with Minnesota and NYG as wild cards. In the AFC I like San Diego, Cinci, Indy and NYJ to win divisions, with Baltimore and Houston as wildcards.

Dallas should win tonight. We're more talented than Washington and after a mediocre preseason, need to come out and show it was a fluke and that "preseason really doesnt mean anything"...That said, the season is not over if we lose. The Super Bowl isnt won if we win 38-0. Dez Bryant is not a bust if he doesnt catch 5 passes for 100 yds tonight. Sean Lee is not a bust if he doesnt play half the snaps and get sacks and picks in week one.

I think Green Bay clobbers Philly today. I also think that one team, that nobody thinks has a prayer today will win. (It might be Oakland over Tennessee, or maybe Seattle over SF)

I'm not sure if I believe our roster is finalized yet, and there still might be a significant move coming before the trade deadline.

I think barring injuries, we'll be a far better team after Thanksgiving than we are right now. Alot of these young guys will take time to get aclimated and adapt to their roles. Dez Bryant, Sean Lee and AOA didnt have full training camps or preseasons, they'll need more time.

I think Tony Romo will warrant MVP consideration, but wont win it. I think Demarcus Ware finally wins the DPOY award that he should have won in 07 and 08.

I think we win the big one at home, in February.

Lastly, the NFL is by far the best sports product going. Nothing is even remotely close. Owners & players, get this labor thing fixed and not have a work stoppage.

My only thoughts are of this week. The Commanders, Egirls, and the Giants will lose.

One thing i look for today is for the defense to struggle a bit. History has shown us that we typically do not start out the season stout on defense. Last year tampa went up and down the field on us for the first 3 quarters. Tampa.

But as the season goes on our defense should get better and better. Hopefully a nickle linebacker emerges soon.

I think the giants will be our toughest competition in the east. But i still think it will be very close with all the teams. Don't really see the Commanders as a threat to win the division though, like so many people do. The Giants added bullock and they should be better on offense with bradshaw as the starter. Their dline is good at pressuring the quarterback. I think we split the season series with them and win the division by one game, maybe two.

As for the playoffs, i just hope we don't have to play both the saints and packers. If the line isn't bad this year, i say we have as good as shot as anybody to make the superbowl. Our defense should be one of the best in the league as long as the young secondary plays well.

Division winners:
Patriots
Colts
Ravens
Chargers

Cowboys
49ers
Saints
Packers

Cowboys over colts in the superbowl.
